Sally is an executive and life coach, acupuncturist and supervisor with a unique blend of skills and experience gathered from over 30 years of working with people. What makes her unique is the length and depth of her experience, which has led to an in depth understanding of what it is to be human and what it takes to thrive in the 21st century. She excels at creating an environment where people are able to grow beyond what they think is possible and increase their awareness, effectiveness, personal satisfaction and fulfilment.

Her early therapeutic work was with children and families and she qualified early on as a social worker. She went on to become an acupuncturist, supervisor, trainer and coach.

Sally has worked as a coach since 2001 having trained with Landmark Education and International Teaching Seminars (ITS), a leading international coaching and NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) training body. She is a qualified NLP practitioner and a member of The Association for Coaching.

As a coach Sally works internationally and clients come from a variety of backgrounds: corporate (including Talk Talk and Kraft Asia), small businesses, the arts and the helping professions (including the Police). She has also coached voluntarily for a micro finance project for women in East London.

Sally has been Supervising and Mentoring since 1998. She co-leads a national supervision training course in addition to supervising coaches and health practitioners both individually and in groups, including supervising voluntarily for The Peninsula Coaching Foundation (a charity offering coaching and coaching skills to young people). She continues to update and develop her supervisory skills with The Bath Consultancy Group.

She is a registered acupuncturist and member of the British Acupuncture Council, having been in practice since 1984, when she graduated from the College of Traditional Acupuncture. In 1991, she undertook two further years of study and clinical training in London and studied in hospitals in China in 2002 and 2004. From 1993 to 2000 she was a senior lecturer at the College of Integrated Chinese Medicine in Reading.
