‘I was placed with Sally by my company after it was identified that I needed support to work on my role as a manager. I was sceptical at first on how the coaching would work given that it was all to be performed over the phone. However, after the first session I knew that this would not be an issue. Sally made me feel completely at ease and allowed me to explore issues at my own pace. I discovered more about myself and how deep seated behaviours impact my working life during the six sessions than any other coaching / training sessions I have been on since starting my career. Just being aware of this has improved my approach at work. As a result I have received feedback from colleagues and my manager that I have significantly improved my approach to them and the team over the last few months.
I have no hesitation in recommending Sally to anyone who feels that they need that extra support to make the most of who they are.’
